Liz joined The Kern Group at Baird’s West Bend office in 2025. She brings 13 years of industry experience to the team including 7 years as a financial advisor. Liz partners closely with her team and Baird’s extensive resources to deliver comprehensive, personalized financial planning.
Liz believes that effective financial planning begins with a deep understanding of each client’s goals, values, and the experiences that inform their decisions. Liz advises individuals and families across all stages of life and is particularly dedicated to supporting clients through significant life events, where informed, steady guidance is essential. Recognized for her empathetic and professional manner, she communicates strategies clearly and ensures that investment decisions reflect each client’s objectives, values, and comfort level. Drawing on her own family’s experiences, she has also developed a growing expertise in special needs planning, providing families with thoughtful insight and long‑term support.
Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and two sons, Austin and Patrick. Together they enjoy camping, fishing, and staying active in the community.
